Not far from the main road Požega – Užice, 13.4 km from the center of Požega, is Roge. The Rzav River, which flows through the village, is one of the cleanest in Europe and is one of the largest habitats for brown trout. Roge is also home to Roška Banja, a traditionally healing, but undeveloped place for serious spa tourism. It reliably treats diseases of the bones, joints, eyes and nerves, rheumatism… Roge is a village of beautiful nature, with lots of forests, clearings, heights, clear springs and clean air.

The route in the initial segment takes us onto the main road, which is extremely busy, so extra caution is necessary. After 5.5 km from the start, in the village of Rasna, we turn left and follow the signs to the village of Rupeljevo. This is a pleasant section of asphalt road, mostly through forests, pastures and fields. Before the pass and the highest point, we will encounter several switchbacks that offer a fantastic view of the surroundings and the route we have traveled. At the pass itself, we continue straight towards the village of Roge and Roška Banja. A steeper descent awaits us, so it is necessary to move carefully, especially on wet roads. From the pass, but also during the descent, there are several attractive views of the mountain slopes and the Rzava Canyon.

There are no bicycle signs on the route, but there are signs to Rupeljevo and Rogami. However, we recommend downloading the .gpx file.
